Kenneth E. ORorke 

Ken O'Rorke is a founder of Delos Strategies and serves as its Managing Director. He is a proven risk management and process design subject matter expert, with 37 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to starting Delos, he was Senior Vice President and Business Controls Executive for Bank of America where he was responsible for leading risk and control assessment processes and the completion of resolution and recovery plans for the Consumer Banking organization.   

During the most recent part of his career at Bank of America he was responsible for the development and implementation of elements of the Enterprise Risk Framework.Specifically, he was accountable for improving control assessment and design, and remediating controls in critical operational risk areas including information security, financial crimes, collections, anti-money laundering, business continuity and payments.  

In his work as an investment banker, Ken specialized in international media and telecommunications transactions, working throughout Latin America and Europe. He also held the position of Manager of Marketing and Business Development for Chase Manhattan's Florida based subsidiary.  

Pete Fail 

 Pete Fail retired from Bank of America in June, 2017 succesfully completing a 38 year career as a Senior Risk Executive. Mr. Fail held a variety of roles while at Bank of America including Deputy General Auditor, Technology and Operations Business Control Executive, and Business Transformation Executive. During the 1990's, Mr. Fail had corporate audit oversight responsiblities for some of the largest bank mergers in U.S. history. During the financial crisis of 2008, Mr. Fail was responsible for revamping the collections and recovery processes for a $100 billion home equity loan portfolio. Later in 2010, he was responsible for establishing and leading the business control function for Global Technology and Operations, a $15 billion business segment within Bank of America. 

Mr. Fail also served as chair of the business segment's risk committee. Mr. Fail is knowledgeable and experienced in applying contemporary risk management methodologies and operating in the current regulatory environment for financial services industry. Mr. Fail is a Certified Internal Auditor, trained six sigma black belt and former board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
